Neighborhood density!
This homeowner has the vision to turn her single family home into a multifamily unit. She plans to live in one of the units and rent out the others. We are at the preliminary stage of the project where we design and estimate the construction costs. This property currently has a bungalow with tenants occupying the house till 2024.
Rockland beauty!
A new built that was ready for occupancy March 2022 for the upper level and November 2022 for one of two rental units on the lower level. The client requested for a model of the house and interior décor design ideas to help finish the spaces.

We work with land developers in the Ottawa region and beyond and we ensure they receive accurate work.
Land massing studies with city zoning requirements are essential for developers to quickly decide if the property is worth the investment.
Designs for the Design and Review Panel!
This project was intended to reach the urban design review panel and the client needed to show what the building would look like. We provided more than what was asked for to ensure the panel was happy with the design.
